Who needs an event coordinator? Anyone with an event! Engaged couples planning an Outer Banks wedding, families, individuals, new and existing businesses, civic groups, school groups.
What kind of events do you handle? Weddings, bridal showers, surprise parties, corporate meetings and retreats, Christmas parties, social events, reunions, and so much more.
What services do you provide? Everything from vendor selection and negotiating, site selection, budgeting, theme development, securing rental items, decorating, to coordinating every little detail to make sure that your special occasion is the best that it can be.
How do you charge for services? Our fees vary based upon your needs. After a free consultation, we will either charge a competitively priced flat fee for a package of services or we may charge by the hour if only a few services are needed.
Do you accept referral fees or commissions from vendors? No we do not. As mentioned before, your vision and needs are our primary goal. This means that our vendor selections are based on reputation and quality of service and who will do the best job for you.
