Whether you envision a large elegant affair or a small intimate one, weddings often have a way of becoming a bit stressful and overwhelming- especially a long distance one. As you may have already figured out, the list of wedding details is endless and it may feel as though the planning and execution is consuming your life. Allow Sugar Snap Events to step in and help ease the planning process so that you can fully enjoy this momentous occasion. Our job is to make your wedding day a wonderful experience filled with delightful and heartwarming memories.
Here are the services we offer:
Day Of Coordination Packages:
In our opinion, every bride and groom should have a "day of" coordinator. Couples often underestimate how many details have to come together on the actual wedding day and how long it will all take. Having us on hand will allow you to focus on what is truly important—each other, your family and your friends. Our "Day Of" packages are flat fees and offer a range of services.
DELUXE Day Of Coordination:
- Unlimited Consultation
- Vendor Suggestions- we'll pair you with the vendors that best meet your needs.
- Creation of Timelines & Diagrams- we will distribute to all of your vendors.
- Confirmation of Vendor Details- we'll confirm all details you have arranged with your vendors.
- Rehearsal Direction- up to 2 hours allotted.
- Complete Set Up & Breakdown- We'll set up and breakdown all tables, chairs, linens, favors, centerpieces, lights, etc.
- Orchestration of the Ceremony & Reception- oversight of vendors and their commitments, cuing all services for ceremony and reception, assisting with any issues that arise, assisting the bride and bridal party as needed. We arrive several hours before the wedding and stay until the end of the reception.
Day Of Coordination:
- 5 Consultation Hours

Elopement and Second Marriage Packages:
Sometimes couples just want a meaningful and very intimate start for their lives together. We understand that and have put together these fantastic flat fee packages that will make your Outer Banks wedding romantic, stress free, and affordable. * Note: these packages are only available for weddings occurring Monday-Thursday and are for parties of 15 people or less.
Perfectly Pampered:

Consultation:
If you like doing the planning yourself, but need a little direction because you are unfamiliar with the Outer Banks, this is for you. Let us know your questions regarding vendors and vendor suggestions, contract questions, pros and cons of beach weddings, transportation issues, etc. and we will get you the answers that will help you successfully plan your wedding. Communication is via phone and email. We will bill you monthly with an itemized breakdown of our time. This is a flat hourly fee.
